What to do if you see the message "Export Job Expired"

Error: "Export Job Expired"

In most cases, the export job expiry message appears because of a failure with the authorisation token. It's easily fixed by refreshing the token, without disconnecting the integration.


  1. In Business Central, open Pleo integration setup
  2. Click More Options
  3. Click Actions
  4. Click Update Access Token
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen
  6. Once complete, test to export an expense
